Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things change.

• Standard Return Window: Returns are accepted within 3–5 days of delivery.

• Condition Requirement: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unopened, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

• Custom Orders: Due to the personalized nature of custom embroidery, returns are NOT possible for custom orders.

• Exceptions: The only exception for a custom order return is if there is a defect in the item made. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you find any issues.
