• Service Area: Currently, we exclusively offer shipping and delivery services within local Qatar.

• International Shipping: We do not offer international shipping at this time.

• Ready-to-Purchase Items: For all standard, non-customized orders, delivery will typically be completed within 2–10 business days.

• Custom Embroidered Orders: Because custom work depends on the complexity of the design and the time needed to finalize your digital files, delivery dates will be discussed and confirmed when you receive your personalized quote. Final timelines will rely on our discussions to ensure your design is perfect before production.
