OVERVIEW

This website is operated by Lets Float for Gifts. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Lets Float for Gifts. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

SECTION 1 - LOCAL SERVICE LIMITATION

• Lets Float for Gifts operates under a home-based business license in Doha, Qatar.

• Our shipping and delivery services are currently restricted to addresses within local Qatar only.

• We do not offer international shipping at this time.

SECTION 2 - CUSTOM ORDERS & EMBROIDERY

• Design Accuracy: For custom items, such as embroidered tote bags or personalized pens, the customer is responsible for providing accurate information, including the spelling of names and design files.

• Production Timeline: Delivery for custom orders is discussed individually based on the complexity of the design and the finalization of digitizing files.

• Intellectual Property: By uploading a design, you confirm you have the right to use that image. We reserve the right to refuse designs that infringe on trademarks or copyrights.

SECTION 3 - PRICING AND PAYMENTS

• For custom work, final pricing is provided via a personalized quote after design discussion.

SECTION 4 - RETURNS AND REFUNDS

• Ready-to-Purchase Items: Returns are possible within 3–5 days of delivery, provided the item is unopened, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

• Custom Orders: Due to the personalized nature of custom embroidery, returns are not possible for custom orders unless there is a physical defect in the item made.

SECTION 5 - MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

SECTION 6 - GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Qatar.
